Dr. Kina N. Jefferson is an ordained minister, transformational author, and faith-forward entrepreneur dedicated to helping Christians heal, grow, and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Ordained in 1993, she brings more than 30 years of experience guiding people through spiritual restoration, leadership development, and personal growth.
She holds a Ph.D. in Spiritual Development, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and a Master’s in Biblical Studies. This foundation allows her to uniquely combine biblical wisdom with practical strategies for life planning, leadership, and Kingdom impact.
As President of PepperTree Complete Care, LLC, and founder of ANEW360™, Dr. Jefferson has built systems that empower individuals and organizations to align faith with everyday life. Her debut book, Muted by God, was birthed from a season of silence and surrender and now serves as a guide for those seeking renewal, resilience, and deeper intimacy with God.
Her work centers on equipping Christians with clarity, confidence, and conviction, blending spiritual depth with real-world application. Outside of her ministry and leadership, she enjoys traveling, creative projects, and time with her son, Joshua, and granddaughter, Clarke.
